Guided by two experienced breathworkers, you’ll use conscious, connected breathing to move energy, soften the mind, and open the door to deep healing. With sound woven through the practice, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.

About the teachers

Karina Kalilah - Founder of the Embodied Breath Academy, Karina discovered the healing power of breath and sound after losing much of her hearing, learning to feel vibrations before hearing them. With 15+ years’ experience and now based in Bali, she brings wisdom, compassion, and clarity to her teaching.

Jourdi Bleu - A passionate breathworker guided by Karina over the past year. Known for her warmth and grounded presence, Jourdi helps create a nurturing space where students can explore breath and sound with confidence and care.
