Situated in the heart of Rozelle, This Is Yoga is an urban sanctuary offering a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the inner-west. With two airy and light-filled yoga rooms, wooden floors throughout, our studios are set up for both heated and non-heated classes. There are changing rooms, showers and lockers available.

Arrive early for limited parking at the studio, (please do not park in parking spots designated Vogue Financial). There is easily accessible 2-hour ticketed parking around the studio, and we’re just moments from Victoria Road and its transport links.

Our state of the art studios have something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a yoga class for beginners, yoga for core strength, yin yoga class or a traditional vinyasa flow class, we are positive you will find a class that you love. Step out of your mind and onto your mat with one of our incredible and experienced teachers.

With our TIY membership you are able to attend all classes at Rozelle, as well as our online yoga classes via our On Demand platform. This gives you over 200 recorded classes to choose from!

Our Services

    • A warm, cosy communal area to greet you on arrival

    • We also offer showers and bathroom facilities for your convenience.

    • Blocks, bolsters and straps are provided for your use. Towels are available to be hired from reception

    • Mats ranging from $35-$149 available for purchase

    • Mat storage space for members

    • Onsite: We have limited parking available at the studio, please arrive early to ensure you get to your class on time.

    • Street Parking: There are plenty of two hour ticketed parking spots on Darling Street (double check the times as clearways can apply and do buy the tickets – our local inspectors are vigilant) or we recommend you park in either Manning Street, Denison Street, or Waterloo Street for ticketed parking

    • Cycling? We have bike parking right at the door to the studio at the rear of the carpark

  • We’re just off Victoria Road and a plethora of bus routes, and a number of buses running up and down Darling Street stop just outside our door.

    • Arrival: Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle in, as classes start on time. 

    • Running Late? Late entry into class disturbs both the teacher and your fellow students, and can put you at risk of injury. Latecomers will not be admitted after the first 5 minutes. If you are running up to 5 minutes late, please call the studio before class as the doors may be closed.  

    • Feeling Unwell? If you're not feeling well, please take care of yourself and rest at home.
