Our Yoga Classes
-
Foundations
This class suits beginners eager to start their yoga journey or those wanting a refresher on alignment basics. You will be guided through the fundamentals of a Vinyasa flow, focusing on physical alignment, core stability, and breathwork. Connecting your body, mind and breath to the present moment is essential, and you can expect a challenge! All levels are welcome, especially if it's your first class.
-
Vinyasa Flow
Dive into a dynamic practice designed to tackle physical and mental challenges. This class serves as your daily dose of power-inspired flow, allowing you to see significant changes in your body and mind afterward. Prepare to detoxify, enhance muscle tone, and improve flexibility - you'll feel as if you’ve escaped daily stresses, experiencing focused concentration that cultivates self-awareness.
-
Hatha Yoga
Experience a gentle yoga style that merges poses and breathwork to achieve balance, strength, and wellness. Many standing poses include twists that boost blood flow, detoxify organs, enhance spinal mobility, and build muscle strength. This class is accessible for all levels, providing a supportive environment for everyone involved. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and centred.
-
Progressive
Elevate your yoga practice, perfect for those who enjoy warmth and challenge. This dynamic style encourages the exploration of physical boundaries through playful challenges while ensuring safe progression. Experienced teachers will guide you through smooth transitions between Asanas, incorporating standing poses, balances, twists, and inversions to deepen your practice.
-
Yin Yoga
As a complement to more dynamic classes, Yin yoga is essential for anyone experiencing stress. This class guides you to explore and engage your connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. Poses are held for over three minutes, providing insights into muscle meridian theory and chakras, which keeps you grounded while promoting openness and flexibility throughout your body.
-
Slow Flow
These Vinyasa classes are conducted at a slower pace, making them ideal for resetting after a busy week. This gentle approach encourages longer holds, allowing you to sink into each posture with your breath while strengthening and stretching your muscles. All levels are welcome, and you will find a peaceful rhythm in this class that suits your individual needs.
-
Stretch
Similar to Yin, Stretch is a floor-based class using standard Yin props but with a more active approach to stretching the body. This class is an excellent transition between Vinyasa and Yin classes or for those who enjoy more active stretching routines. Flexibility is enhanced, and all experience levels are welcome, ensuring that everyone finds value in the practice offered.
-
Chill Flow
Chill Flow yoga is precisely what it sounds like—a Vinyasa class featuring slower, deeper movements to open the hips and unwind the body at the end of the day. There’s enough movement to warm and loosen the body, concluding with a few Yin shapes to calm the nervous system. This class is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and relax while nurturing their body.
-
Vinyasa Flow – Community Class for Charity
A special donation-based yoga class led by our newly graduated teacher trainees! This community-focused session is a wonderful opportunity to support our next generation of yoga teachers while giving back. All donations collected will support local initiatives, positively impacting our community.
