Qi Gong and the Didgeridoo Experience

The workshop focuses on the element of air, inviting lightness and flow through movement. To close, settle into a grounding sound bath with the earthy tones of the didgeridoo, the world’s oldest wind instrument, leaving you refreshed and centred.

About DANZAI
DanZai began his spiritual path with Qi Gong more than ten years ago, later expanding into yoga and meditation. His classes weave mindful movement with the healing resonance of the didgeridoo, creating a whole and nourishing experience for every participant.
