Our FREE Yoga and Pilates classes are held at This Is Yoga Rozelle,
at 713 Darling Street, just a short walk from The Bridge Hotel.

Over two days, you can explore a variety of classes taught by some of the best teachers in Sydnet, with options to suit beginners and more experienced students alike.

We’re opening the doors for Open Weekend on Saturday 30 & Sunday 31 August to make movement, stillness, and community accessible to anyone who’d like to join.

OUR SERVICES

  • Yes. Even though the classes are free, bookings are essential. You can book here as spaces are limited. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

  • Absolutely — join as many as you like over the two days.

  • Bring a smile, a yoga mat, and a towel. If you don’t have your own, you’re welcome to borrow a mat or hire a towel from us for $3

  • Yes. Classes are open to all levels, with beginner-friendly options in every session.

    • A warm, cosy communal area to greet you on arrival

    • We also offer showers and bathroom facilities for your convenience.

    • Blocks, bolsters and straps are provided for your use. Towels are available to be hired from reception

    • Mats ranging from $35-$149 available for purchase

    • Mat storage space for members

    • Onsite: We have limited parking available at the studio, please arrive early to ensure you get to your class on time.

    • Street Parking: There are plenty of two hour ticketed parking spots on Darling Street (double check the times as clearways can apply and do buy the tickets – our local inspectors are vigilant) or we recommend you park in either Manning Street, Denison Street, or Waterloo Street for ticketed parking

    • Cycling? We have bike parking right at the door to the studio at the rear of the carpark
